Ever since around early 2000s the deal between Croatian and Serbian governments was to treat it that way until the borded dispute was resolved. Vit forgot to read up on a lot of stuff before going on this adventure.

> That's not a big story at all. I should have looked at Wikipedia first :) Although I do find the arrangement quite odd - Egypt and Sudan don't have a similar arrangement?
