I took only ex-military MRE entrees with me as meals for six days of hiking in the wilderness. I'm alive, but I'm never doing that again. Yuck!
- gravypod 10y agoIt's not so much what goes in, or what comes out.... more what doesn't come out. MREs are for combat situations. Lots of the things you need to stay awake, run, fight, and survive. Not much of the stuff you need to live a day to day with.
