Will it use Wine (or Wine code)?
- TazeTSchnitzel 10y agoNo, it's completely separate. Wine already supports Win16 apps IIRC.
- lbenes 10y agoYes, Wine implements the Win16 API. I just tried tetris and ski and the both worked fine in wine-1.9.22 (Staging). Didn't even need to even create a 32-bit profile.
- voltagex_ 10y agoWhat distro are you on? I always find it difficult to use newer Wine versions on Debian.
- Nullabillity 10y agoI'd recommend PlayOnLinux instead of using your distro's Wine. Makes it really simple to have a separate prefix per application, and is usually updated with new versions very quickly.
- lbenes 10y agoI use a flavor of Ubuntu, but Debian also has an update system for wine. Just follow the instructions here: https://github.com/wine-compholio/wine-staging/wiki/Installation https://github.com/wine-compholio/wine-staging/wiki/Installa...
