I only see one release on GitHub: v.0.0.3.0. The first line of the release notes is the following sentence: "This is a pre-release (non-production ready)". Microsoft's implementation includes the full sshd. While I'm happy they're finally onboard with that (could have used it 10 years ago), that's overkill compared to PuTTY/KiTTY.
