There are many charities with great, documented, track records. There is only one US government and it's track record of efficiently and effectively allocating resources is horrible.
- parenthephobia 10y agoI can't help thinking that the government might be better able to e.g. distribute medicaid if half (or more) of the government wasn't constantly doing everything in its power to prevent, disrupt or impede it. That's not usually a problem that charities have.
