The government have much less replacements in cash for the cash being circulated. They need most of the money to go virtual, to bank accounts. They need every possible money to be tracked. I didn't have an active bank account until now. Most of my purchases were done in cash (as any villager would do). My online purchases were done through some of my friends' accounts. I don't even give my address for shipping. I fear I couldn't continue the same.
