  Why should they have laws against dangerous driving? If someone runs into someone else, that's an issue between the two of them that should be resolved with pistols at dawn, the way that gentlemen used to do it. /s

  Yes, they do indeed. Like the one that specifies how long you can drive professionally for in a day, and how often you have to take a break.
