We as a nation must come together. Really? Now, that's your and my fervent desire, but we shouldn't conflate desires with reality, which is that we are watching our nation fragment in real time, and that this election is but one data point in that process, perhaps even a pretty minor one. And I for one can't think of anything peaceful to reverse this process, as do the people rioting over the results of what's pretty clearly a reasonably fair election.
