It seems this is not fixed in 1.0.42, released today.
I'm running 1.0.42.151.g19de0aa6 on Ubuntu and I'm seeing 351 MB written to disk in under 15 minutes without listening to any music at all.
- bigfunlx 10y agoI'm using 1.0.42.151.g19de0aa6 on macOS, and I see the difference. after 1hr of playing I only see ~100MB of data written by Spotify.
