I'm confused about this regulation thing. Many people hate regulations because they think of it as limiting for businesses. But I think, you couldn't work as a business if there were no regulations. An example, Nevada voted to open its electricity market this week. Everybody should be able to choose the provider they want. But to do this, there need to be regulations in place. Independent companies need to know how they can use the grid, the company who owns the grid needs to know what it can charge for the usage of the grid. If you let such a market without any regulation, there won't be a market, because the grid owner won't let anyone use its grid. So removing regulations is not always a good thing. Most of the time regulations were put there for a reason.
