- XaspR8d 10y agoPerhaps? I'm not sure what you're alluding to. Regardless, startups are often attuned to many social issues much more closely than traditional companies, and I can't help but agree that this is a huge discouragement for forward-looking businesses.
- lern_too_spel 10y agoBy making access to workers more difficult or by repealing trade agreements that protect your startup's intellectual property and access to international markets?
- nerfhammer 10y agoTech startups are often composed of a majority of people born outside of the United States.
- ryanx435 10y agoTrump has only ever been against ILLEGAL immigrants. If you come here legally through a visa program or other legal method, than you are fine. Its the border jumpers and people who overstay their legal welcome that he has always had the problem with. I've read his books, watched his speeches, interacted with his supporters, and I've seen very little anti-foreigner sentiment. Its all anti-illegal-foreigner sentiment, which is fundamentally different.
- bduerst 10y ago>Trump has only ever been against ILLEGAL immigrants. That's why he criticized an American-born judge for having Mexican heritage, right?
- ryanx435 10y agoits also why he is married to an immigrant.
- bduerst 10y agoMarrying a Slovenian immigrant justifies being racist?
- ryanx435 10y agoLook at you with your outrage culture

- bduerst 10y agoThis is criticism of the president elect and his stance on immigration, not outrage. Are you trying to say attacking an American-born judge for having Mexican heritage isn't racism?
- ryanx435 10y agoI'm saying that your fundamental premise that trump is racist is based on cherry picked examples aND doesn't represent reality

- bduerst 10y ago>Cherry picked ... reality... So Trump didn't attack an American-born judge for having Mexican heritage isn't racism? Trump didn't ban blacks from renting in his apartments, even after the justice department sued him for it? Trump didn't ban blacks from renting in his apartments, even after the justice department sued him for it, again? Trump didn't retweet obscure white supremacists to millions of people? Trump didn't call Mexicans rapists? Trump didn't believe that Obama was born in Kenya?
