- albertTJames 10y agoThe brexit did not happen yet, but it already caused the loss of the english AAA, the pound is at a record 40year low, EU founded research is in disarray all over the country. I just hope I wont have to see the world crumble once again as it did during the bush presidencies.
- vixen99 10y agoIgnore democratic accountability at your peril. The EU is an institution that has plunged the Greek working classes into poverty, imposed un-elected technocratic rule on Italy, and horribly insulted the plebs of France, Holland and Ireland after they dared to vote against its treaties. I doubt the EU will be around in its present form in ten or twenty years. That's what will be crumbling.
