These days it doesn't take too long, honestly. I've had my job for about 3 months and I wouldn't mind something else. Significant changes, which they could have deigned to inform me of when I was interviewing, have made my job materially worse. At 3 months in. And this isn't some shit company, its one that's well known and revered here.
