Ask HN: Current experience/resources using WebRTC?

I'm brainstorming through a vocal debate platform using WebRTC, but I can't seem to find a lot of info on the current state of the tech. Also I'm wondering if anyone has experience doing WebRTC using AWS or another cloud PaaS?
