Doesn't look like a DNS issue this time. Something specific to Twitter specifically?

  Indeed the DNS seems alright. I am seeing broken routes to their load balancers from all of my testing sites (on opposite sides of the globe).

    How can you quickly check DNS? Combination of Who.is / traceroute / ping / nslookup?
