Slight correction. Google is a willing* PRISM partner, but they don't use the name PRISM, and PRISM isn't quite what was originally described. The leaks related to exploitation of Google traffic refer to programs unrelated to PRISM. *Willing in the sense that they have to respond to FISA orders and NSLs, and they have agreed to do it according to a certain protocol.
