Seems like the snp coverage is a lot lower (green = 23andme).
- aheilbut 16y agoI don't doubt it, but $99 << $2000. The technologies are going to continue to improve over the next few years until we all get cheap whole-genome sequencing, so just expect to re-do your analysis a few times as the cost drops and coverage improves.
