You will also need a license from MPEG-LA: http://www.mpegla.com/main/programs/HEVC/Documents/HEVCweb.pdf http://www.mpegla.com/main/programs/HEVC/Documents/HEVCweb.p... And also one from Technicolor, whose licensing fees are undisclosed.
