- wpietri 10y agoThey're looking for people with a different motivation than maximizing personal profit. The people I talked to there were motivated by public service, solving big problems, and getting shit done.
- NoGravitas 10y agoIf the hours are likewise limited, that can be a valuable benefit for some people.
