- snowwrestler 10y agoThe entire budget of 18F is about 10 cents per taxpayer. 700 staff hours is far below a penny per taxpayer. I'm fine with it. In addition, most 18F employees are salaried, so this is not likely to be an actual cost overrun, but rather an opportunity cost.
