- dijit 10y agoSome are, some aren't. Russia is big. Also, we take it to mean that he's talking about traditionally western culture, Russia doesn't have a western culture.
- pluma 10y agoNewsflash: "race" is a bullshit concept that's a leaky abstraction on top of "ethnicities" at best (which is in turn a leaky abstraction on top of genetics and ancestry).
