So if company prefers printed documents and bureacracy, why not just talk by telephone or use Microsoft Lync? Why they're trying to combine these dusty office things with hipster web interface?
- garysieling 10y agoIt's not necessarily a question of preference; sometimes your employer may be contractually required to write specific forms of documentation. Excel can also be very effective as a small database - I did some volunteer IT work for a co-op grocery store that runs their entire business operation off spreadsheets.
