Hint the problem has been solved decades ago , called tree-like comments.
- twoodfin 10y agoI don't think that works for an interface that has to live and die on a phone screen.
- zichy 10y agoExactly.
- lovamova 10y agoExactly what? The replies three works great on Sublevel on any mobile screen.
- dbbk 10y agoSo you don't think Facebook comments work?
- pavel_lishin 10y agoFacebook comments only allow one level of replies.
- dbbk 10y agoYeah. Twitter could still do that.
- ihuman 10y agoReddit apps seem to handle it pretty well. Touch the metadata for the comment to collapse the tree, or tap the text in the comment to interact with it.
- wingerlang 10y agoI use a reddit app for X hours per day, works perfectly fine.
- return0 10y agoTwitter is basically reddit without subreddits.
- wingerlang 10y agoAnd (well defined starting points of) topics/threads. I use reddit a lot, and I use twitter as little as possible because I hate the experience of using it.
