Do you have any evidence that your way of doing systems programming is more effective, for programmer productivity, than the alternatives?
- steveklabnik 10y agoDepends on your standard of evidence; it's not like we have a peer-reviewed study or something. Then again, that's a pretty high bar, almost no language does. Like most languages, we take users' experiences into account. We find that we're more productive, and so do many of our users. And where people don't, we're working on improving it.
