- op00to 10y agoExactly. I'll be passionate as hell from 9-5 for the right price. Otherwise, shove your low paying but "prestigious" offer up your ass.
- jay_kyburz 10y agoWho said anything about getting paid badly or working overtime. All I say was that life is to short to waste in a job you don't care about. The OP said dont make your job your life, which I think is bad advice because 40 hours a week is a lot of hours to just piss away. edit: actually, I just re-read what he wrote and is said, dont make your _company_ your life. which I kind of agree. I will amend my original.
