Doctors prove the prerequisites via their board exams. Coders have no proof of prerequisite knowledge.
- nickpsecurity 10y agoMany have Github's, FOSS contributions, and such with their code in them that can be reviewed. How serious the project was to them will vary. However, I would ask that they tell me which they put real effort into and how. I'd look at it to verify. That's a start as it tell me directly how they code supporting real-world work.
