Has the US been trying to covertly rig/impact/sway foreign elections for decades through covert operations? Or does that only happen in the movies?
If so, HRC maybe had some knowledge of these types of acts, and was maybe carelessly referencing them?

I'm so sick of it and am seriously getting ready to vote third party. I'm tired of my vote being bulldozed by this election system. When's the last time my educated, well-formed opinion held weight in a presidential election? Never.
