I couldn't remember the last time a Mac trackpad had erroneously moved my mouse or clicked in response to my palm. So I just spent a couple minutes attempting to get it to detect my palms as valid touches and couldn't get it to happen. So at least for my hands, yeah, it seems 100% perfect.
