Don't bother fighting email collecting bots, they already have billions of them due to breaches and most likely yours if it appears on Have I Been Pwned. Rather I recommend optimizing on usability and making it easier for human reader to send you an email. Note: The design looks slightly different on desktop and mobile. E.g. on desktop it loads institution logos and uses a two columns or efficient use of the space.
