I do run http://notationtraining.com http://notationtraining.com not the biggest source of money (~ 200 USD/month), but it keep earning money for six years in row, so I am happy about it. Other then that: rental property, p2p loans portfolio (~ 6% pa) and small stock portfolio (around 5% pa).
