All of the AirBnBs I've stayed in were like this (New York(upstate-ish), and Colorado (Denver & Boulder)). The place in Boulder was a rental property before AirBnB existed, and actually had a license, the place in Denver appeared to be built specifically for renting on AirBnB (as were both of its immediate neighbors).
