I have been using Turtl (https://turtlapp.com/ https://turtlapp.com/) for notes, bookmarks, sharing files and journaling. It runs on Windows/Mac/Linux/Android (iOS coming soon) and have both cloud-hosted and self-hosted options. It helped me drop OneNote and Google Keep. It supports tagging the notes, but reminders are still lacking, I use Tasks (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.tasks&hl=en https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.tasks&hl=e...) on my Android phone to keep track of repeating tasks and reminders. For side-projects kanban boards, I just use Gitlab issues' kanban view.
