This is a really interesting time management concept I hadn't seen implemented before- Starting with "# hours needed" and "Deadline" and then working backwards to schedule individual days is a great idea. I always have way too many projects happening simultaneously with no clear conception of how long it'll actually take to accomplish everything and without a decent way to establish reasonable deadlines. I might give this a shot.
