I manage a similar workflow using Trello boards, one master board with my current projects, goals etc, another that serves as a weekly template, from which I create a copy for each week. I try to visualize what I'd like to accomplish with cards placed across the days I plan on spending time on it. A daily todo card has the number of 25 minute blocks I'd like to spend towards each. So I see the value in this product, the challenge is being in a silo without necessarily having the resources to be as flexible and available cross-platform as Trello.
