Could the leak be part of Apple's marketing?
- alanh 17y agoIt doesn't feel controlled to me. It makes both Apple and the news organization look bad (bad at keeping secrets and unethical, respectively).
- TomOfTTB 17y agoEven if Apple would do something like this, which I don't think they would, Gawker media's the last company they'd ever give it to.
- ciscoriordan 17y agoIf they just let the phone out into the wild instead of micromanaging the leak, they wouldn't control what company broke the story.
