If you take the position that the lawsuit was frivolous, hatred seems to be an extreme response.
Reddit as a whole seems to struggle with recognising feminism as a legitimate social struggle and I cant help but feel that helped fuel the fire against Ellen.
- qwertyuiop924 10y agoI didn't say it was reasonable, just that it was a big reason: not everybody agrees with you. >Reddit as a whole seems to struggle with recognising feminism I mean, I guess, but the phrase "reddit as a whole" doesn't make a whole lot of sense: Reddit isn't one community, it's a collection of disparate communities that really aren't all that connected to each other.
- jacalata 10y agoMeh, it's probably less diverse than any one state in the US. It's probably less diverse than most cities, and equally made up of disparate parts.
