If Apple were as creative/exciting in their security processes as in their design processes they'd intentionally release a variety of misleading "prototypes." In fact, mightn't this be a cooler corporate image... to be messing with the bloggers' minds - rather_than/instead_of being so heavy-handed with those who publish leaks. It'd be a lot more fun to laugh with a corporation than to have to choose between fanboy and hateboy camps, IMHO.
