Eh, that salary is certainly within the range I would expect.
However, if you want to do people management, why did you accept an offer to do a role in which you will not be doing people management?
- heidknow 10y agoHi, thanks for the reply. After my start-up was acquired the BIGCO decided to integrate a lot of systems. They have been consistently laying off people. Almost 300 people from my start-up have resigned since acquisition. Worst thing is BIGCO is hiring H1B employees as contractors on temp basis.
