There is definitely a surplus of engineering work available, regardless of whatever political spin you want to put on it.
- ryandrake 10y agoYour "surplus of engineering work" could easily be explained by: 1. Compensation not rising to match demand 2. Overly-picky employers who would rather a req go unfilled than hire a less-than-perfect candidate 3. A recruitment process that fails to match qualified candidates with this engineering work
