Interesting to see that they had one offer that they sat on for 30+ days - seems like a long time for the company to wait?

    I remember a company contacting me about 2 months after the phone screen asking me to come in for a first round of on-site interviews. I had already accepted a different job and moved across the country to start with them by that point.

      Don't you hate that? That happens at least twice in every job search phase I make.
