- spynxic 10y agorms_returns is saying that our own intelligence and ability to comprehend things is a function of the complexity of our brains. So, low complexity results in under-performing intelligent ability. On the other hand, high complexity results in a higher performing brain but more difficult to understand. I wouldn't necessarily agree with this argument because I suspect intelligent ability is only partially related to neural architecture. Additionally, the ability to perceive things lies in having some kind of framework in which a question can be formed.
