Yeah, totally. There are some good Canadian cheeses but for the most part the local dairies seem focused on producing large quantities of cheddar. I'd love to be able to buy more European cheeses at a decent price.
- mhurron 10y agoJust an aside, I wish I could get Old or Extra Old cheddar as cheap in the US as I could in Canada.
