How close is it to Romansh, the old raetic/latin language still spoken in Grisons, Switzerland? Could you understand them?
- ff_ 10y agoGiven that I've never been in Grisons, but I heard it only from YT, I would say that it's not very close with Sardo. I can understand them though, but mostly because I know Italian. (Romansh also sounds to me somewhat Portuguese and Slavic at the same time, it's a very cool language).
