You would be in luck with many vintage watches. They are often much smaller (30mm-ish compared to today's minimum 40-42) and there is huge variety. I have several vintage watches (mostly 50's and 60's), and a few are just a tad small for my average-sized wrist. I particularly like two Lord Elgins I have but never wear, sadly.
