I'm 38 now and can't pull the long hours I used to. I discovered that yoga really helps - much of the stress I'd been experiencing has faded away and I have more energy, feel more alive and have a better posture (even whilst seating) from doing it. It took time though - it took about 3 months before I really 'got it'. Hope this helps anyone out there who's 'getting on' like me and who wants a low-impact way of exercising

- inovica 19y agoThanks. Found that very interesting!
- vikas5678 19y agogreat stuff, i used to do this a few years ago, really worked well for me since i was busy and short of time. Now, I'm into regular yoga, and yes, best feeling in the world after you are done with a session and feel relaxed plus flexible.
- slackerIII 19y agoCouldn't agree more on the value of yoga. If you have any back problems at all from sitting all day long, spend the money and go to a yoga class once a week. Beyond getting stronger and more flexible, it will make you much more aware of your posture.
- xirium 19y agoIf I had an empty schedule then I'd do two hours per day of yoga. Unfortunately, it is much more sporadic because I get really absorbed in coding. The trick is to exercise before the last meal of the day.
