I've started writing them immediately after I order something. "Guaranteed 2 day shipping" - ordered on Tuesday. That would mean Thursday, right? Wednesday, Thursday. So why does it say that it's coming Friday _immediately_ after? Ridiculous.

2 day shipping means the shipping takes 2 days, not so ridiculous.

  Well actually, Amazon will say: "Have this item by Thursday(two days) if you order in the next 2 Hours" And having done that, still not fulfill the guarantee.

    Was the service you were receiving before they offered two-day shipping any better? Or just more consistent leading to less disappointment?
