Just because they let you do it doesn't mean they want you to do it. Consent is not about whether or not you can get away with it. It's about ensuring that the other person also wants it.
- hiram112 10y agoNo it's not. Consent is a synonym of permit (permission). I consent to the groping of my ball sack at the airport because those are the rules, but I'd prefer they didn't do it.
