Ironically, the more urban, working class, and "rough" an area is, the more kids you see outside playing by themselves or being home alone without their parents.
- mi100hael 10y agoMaybe not the best argument in favor of continuing the practice since those areas also tend to have higher levels of gang membership and drug use.
