It's not clear if the acquisitions they've made in the past have been integrated into any of their products yet. It's certainly within the realm of possibility to wake up one day and use a new and better Siri.

- fnbr 10y agoDo you have any idea why that is? Are they all acquihires?
- IBM 10y agoI would say almost all of Apple's acquisitions are acquihires and for intellectual property but I don't see how that has any relation to how long it takes to integrate the people/tech into existing products. My guess is as good as the quotes in the article.
