Exactly, it depends a lot on the kind of person you are. I know my daughter is not a perfectionist. If I offered to reward her if she did badly at school, I'm pretty sure I'd be buying her gifts every week. She does well in school by the way - because we constantly nudge her to. We don't put pressure on her for perfection though, just for decent results.
